My last post at VS 1 was titled Gender Bias. Here I am writing about it again on VS 2. In the two years since the last post I can say that people’s outlook is changing and we are becoming a lot more sensitive and aware of the insidious nature of the ingrained gender bias we imbibe and perpetuate.
